Ø Directors - Kerre and Peter Burley Kerre Burley (White) has been involved in the "Aquatic Industry"
for the past 36 years. She is internationally known for her innovation and
attention to new sciences within the industry. Kerre is a NLP
master practitioner; she lectures and presents aquatic & learns to swim
workshops all round the world. Kerre is the
founding director of Kerre speaking
takes her around the world which keeps giggles in touch with the latest
developments within the industry. Parents can rest assure the training and
extra demands keeping places on her teachers inspires great results in the
pool. “ I have a very committed crew says Kerre , These guys have to train,
learn and study sciences and new technology’s like NLP just to stay part of
our organization. Kerre also
operates her own training and consultancy services “ace aquatics” and is
passionate in assisting business owners to lift their standards, operations
and personal development. Kerre is a sought after business coach &
speaker on her businesses and marketing practices involving accelerated
learning practices. Her swimming history At the tender age of 15, Kerre
started her career teaching swimming professionally. In January 2001, Kerre
was awarded an Peter Burley came to the industry with an
engineering background has been in the aquatic industry for over 14 years,
managing and operating several centers in and around Peter is also a NLP practitioner and
managers a crew of 30 at the Gould Adams park complex. He is also a competent
speaker and has presented workshops on “better business practices. Peter with his maintenance
experience keeps the centre and its water quality at its desired levels. He
holds his Pool Operators Certificate as well as his pool life guard, Austswim
and Bronze Medallion qualifications. Together they make a formable pair.
Our fabulous Crew Yes, we have some who end up walking
the plank, but on the whole our groups are a fabulous bunch of good quality,
fun loving and passionate people. As individual they soar, with many of our
crew, lecturers, co-ordinators and brilliant aquatic educators in their own
right. Under the guidance of our “captains”
Mere Haenga and Kathi Britton, this mottly crew of scurvy sea dogs form a
solid unit, sharing united values and goals towards excellence in all areas.
